Rower's Bay Park 🌳
Nestled at the northern tip of Lower Seletar Reservoir, right next to Yishun Dam (a 975-meter-long earth-filled dam), Rower’s Bay Park is a tranquil escape for nature lovers, cyclists, and adventure seekers. 🌿🚴

The Park Tunnel

Before you even step into the park, you're greeted by a lush green 'tunnel'—a natural frame that perfectly showcases the shimmering waters of the Lower Seletar Reservoir. Definitely a perfect spot for a selfie or we-fie with your cycling bunch! 📸✨
Park Facilities and Map

Rower's Bay is a small park that serves as a popular pit stop for cyclist and joggers. There are public restrooms and food/drink vending machines for freshening up and recharging.

Highlight 1 - The Simply Amazing View

Rower's Bay overlooks the Lower Seletar Reservoir, with Yishun Town visible across the water. Here, you can enjoy a rare "open-sky" view in Singapore, where the expansive reservoir stretches out, framed by Yishun Dam and the town's skyline.

Highlight 2 - The Heritage Trail

Rower’s Bay Park is part of the Seletar Aerospace Park Heritage Trail. A heritage signboard shares fascinating stories of early Seletar, where the Orang Laut (‘sea peoples’) lived in houseboats, fished, and crafted baskets and furniture.

Highlight 3 - The Fauna & Flora

Rower’s Bay is home to diverse wildlife! Birdwatchers can spot the Common Sandpiper and Grey Heron, while nature enthusiasts might find vibrant Blue Dasher dragonflies and unique plants like Perepat, Indian Putat, and Narrow-leaf Cat Tail along the boardwalk. 🌿🐦

Highlight 4 - Scenic Boardwalk

A thoughtfully designed boardwalk brings you right to the water’s edge, offering breathtaking views and a chance to spot local wildlife. Keep an eye out for the Grey Heron (Ardea cinerea) and the Copper-cheeked Frog (Hylarana labialis) among the wetlands. 🦆🐸
Highlight 5 - Lookout Pavilion

Need a break? The sheltered pavilion is the perfect place to sit back, relax, and take in the panoramic views of the reservoir. It’s also a great spot to capture the sunrise or sunset. 🌅
