Jollibee Now Open at Caltex Yishun ๐๐

Hi fellow Yishun folks, we now have another source of fried chicken in town. Jollibee has officially opened its second drive-thru outlet in Singapore, and itโs right here at Caltex Yishun petrol station (located near block 150).
๐ Caltex Yishun, 1 Yishun Street 11
๐ Daily from 10amโ10pm
๐ Drive-through and walk-in orders
The setup is simple. If youโre driving by, you can just roll in, place your order, and head off with your favouritesโcrispy Chickenjoy, Jolly Spaghetti, Yumburgers, and all the usual comforts. If youโre not driving, you can also walk in to make an order.
This outlet runs daily from 10am to 10pm, so itโs convenient for a quick lunch stop, an easy dinner pick-up or a craved night snack on the way home.
In case you are new to Jollibee (shocker!), it is a global fast-food chain that originated from the Philippines. Jollibee was founded by Tony Tan Caktiong in 1978. It has its humble origins as a small ice cream parlor in Quezon City, Philippines. As customers increasingly demanded hot meals, Jollibee soon evolved into a fast-food restaurant with more than 1,700 outlets around the world.
Jollibee is known for its joyful bee mascot and unique mix of Filipino and Western flavors. Itโs famous for crispy fried chicken called Chickenjoy, sweet-style Jolly Spaghetti, and comforting Burger Steak with gravy and rice. I feel that its meals are pretty hearty, slightly sweeter, and served with a warm, family-friendly vibe.
For context, this is Jollibeeโs second drive-thru in Singapore, following the first at Jurong Spring. With the new Yishun outlet, I am glad that those of us up north now have a wider array of fried chicken brands to choose from - Popeye, KFC, 4Fingers and now, Jollibee.
Here's to a jolly fried drumstick meal! ๐๐ Kain tayo (bon appรฉtit in Tagalog)!
