The Chong Pang Integrated Development, known as Chill @ Chong Pang, is designed to rejuvenate the area and enhance community living. This integrated development will feature a community club, a market, a hawker center, and recreational facilities such as swimming pools and shops. The aim is to create a space that caters to the diverse needs of residents, fostering social interactions and promoting active lifestyles. Chill @ Chong Pang symbolizes a modern approach to community engagement, blending leisure, commerce, and social services in one location.

As for the progress of construction, the development is expected to be completed by 2028. Authorities have already begun the acquisition process for the land where the current community center and commercial block stand. The construction timeline aims to minimize disruptions for the existing businesses, allowing them to continue operating until the new facilities are ready. This thoughtful approach ensures that the transition to the new development is smooth and considerate of the local community's needs.

Chill @ Chong Pang will offer an array of amenities that will significantly benefit the residents. With three swimming pools, a gymnasium, and fitness studios, the development encourages health and wellness. Additionally, a commercial space will cater to families with young children, making it a family-friendly environment. More than 300 car park lots will also be available, ensuring convenient access for visitors.
